The Landmark Building

A Loving Restoration
The Commissioners Building was created to project the majesty of the city and power that the RWC exerted over the port and the city’s commerce. No ordinary renovation would suffice.
Every aspect of the building’s original features have been painstakingly restored, and the outcome is spectacular. Along the ornate majesty of the building fabric, all modern systems have been sympathetically woven in. Tenants now enjoy blazingly fast leased-line 1Gb+ fibre connectivity and all modern systems throughout.
The building has been beautifully presented, and will become home to new generations of businesses and a wide variety of commercial tenants. The Commissioners will be home to many success stories, fast growing businesses and new prosperity for Sunderland over the coming decades.
